Each auction and listing has its own terms of sale: sale method, buyer's premium, deposit, payment, removal and closing. Those terms are published with the sale on this site and on our HiBid catalog, and announcements made on sale day take precedence over any printed or online material, including this page.

Descriptions, acreage, measurements, photographs and other details are believed accurate but are not guaranteed. Everything sells as-is, where-is, with all faults. Buyers are responsible for their own inspection and due diligence before bidding.
