This policy describes how Cowley Real Estate and Auction Companies, trading as Cowley Real Estate Auctions ("Cowley", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares information when you visit cowley1.com, send us a form, or subscribe to sale notices.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email, phone, town and county, and whatever you tell us in the Sale Notices, Seller Inquiry and Contact forms, by phone, or by email.
Information collected automatically. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring page, collected through cookies and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
Text-message data. If you opt in to sale notices by text: your mobile number, the date and time you opted in, your IP address at the time, and the disclosure text you saw when you consented.

How we use it

To send the sale notices you subscribed to, by text and email.
To reply to seller inquiries and contact requests, and to schedule inspections, previews and appointments.
To run, secure and improve the site.
To keep the consent records the law requires us to keep for text messaging.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our communications: our customer-relationship and messaging platform and its carrier network, Google (analytics and search tools), and HiBid, which runs our online bidding. Each provider handles your information under its own terms. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information when the law requires it.

Text messages

Opting in to text messages is explicit and is never a condition of buying or selling with us. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Message frequency, rates and full program details are in our SMS Terms.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected] or calling (570) 344-9411. We answer verified requests promptly. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and your browser settings control cookies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
